• Communications: messages you send us by phone, text message (SMS), WhatsApp, email, or through forms on the Website.
• Website usage information: basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and cookies, used to operate and improve the Website.

We use your information to: provide, schedule, and confirm cleaning services; communicate with you about your booking, appointment reminders, and customer service; process payments and refunds; improve our Website and services; and comply with legal obligations.

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from VIP HouseKeeping Express LLC about your appointments, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. WhatsApp

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed through WhatsApp, a service provided by Meta, and through our customer communication platform. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop messaging you on WhatsApp at any time.
