What types of cleaning do you offer?+
We offer Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, and Airbnb / Vacation Rental Cleaning for homes in Miami.
What's the difference between regular and deep cleaning?+
Regular cleaning is routine upkeep for a home that's already in good shape. Deep cleaning is more detailed and is a better fit if it's been a while since your last professional cleaning.
What's included in each cleaning?+
It depends on the service you choose. Tell us about your home when you book, or ask us on WhatsApp, and we'll walk you through it.
Do you clean Airbnb and vacation rentals?+
Yes. We offer turnover cleaning for short-term rentals. Share your check-out and check-in times when you book.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?+
You can book a one-time cleaning online today. Message us on WhatsApp to ask about recurring cleanings.
Booking & pricing
How do I book?+
Click Book Now, choose your service, select your home size, pick an available date and time, and pay securely online. You can also message us on WhatsApp or call (786) 975-1140.
How is pricing determined?+
We price by the job, not by the hour. Your price depends on the type of cleaning and the number of bedrooms — bathrooms don't change the price. You see your exact total before you pay. Homes with 5 or more bedrooms or special requests get a custom quote.
How do I pay?+
Full payment is required when you book online. You pay securely by card at checkout, and your cleaning is confirmed automatically after payment.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Cancel 48+ hours before your appointment for a full refund; 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund; less than 24 hours, no refund. You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Use the links in your confirmation email, or call/WhatsApp us.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
We prefer that you're home, but it's not required. If you can't be there, leave detailed access instructions, your authorization to enter, and how to lock up when we finish in the special instructions when you book.
What if I have pets?+
There is an additional $50 charge for homes with pets. Just check "Pets in the home" when you book, and it's added at checkout. Let us know in the special instructions if your pets need anything while we clean.
