Each visit is up to 4 hours.

Detailed cleaning for homes that need extra attention, including inside cabinets and inside windows.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
For empty homes, before you move in or after you move out. Same price for both.
Each visit is up to 4 hours.
Airbnb / Vacation Rental Cleaning
Turnover cleaning between guests, including sheets and towels washed with the property's washer and dryer.

When you book, the booking form includes an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox that reads: "By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages (SMS/WhatsApp) from VIP HouseKeeping Express LLC about my appointments, reminders and service updates. Good to know
Booking Policies
- Full payment is required at booking.
- Cancel 48+ hours before: full refund. 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund.
- Reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is not available within 48 hours.
- Use the reschedule and cancel links in your confirmation email.
